—Almost 40 years ago, I walked into a lecture hall for a presentation that would change my life. It wasn't just that I had an interest in the subject matter but rather it was the potential for personal growth that I found exciting. I love science and academic pursuits, but this new journey offered an abundance of practical applications. It took a lot of research and personal experimentation, but in time I gained a host of tools, created easy daily habits, and watched my life take off.

Maturity or . . .?

It can be interesting looking back at where I came from. There was a time in my life when I thought I was content. I knew I was no 'A-lister' in any category, would never be part of any 'in' group, or win any 'best-of' awards, but I was okay being solidly in the 'B' group. I had friends I was close with, was doing well-enough in life, but, most importantly to me at the time, I accepted who I was so I could never really be disappointed. I thought my approach was very mature and I was proud of myself for that. (And when that little voice inside spoke up and said I could do better, I quickly shut it down).

Possibilities

At that time, I never realized how much I was holding myself back and denying my own power. I could not see that I was the one who was placing a very low ceiling over my achievements, and this held in many areas of my life, including my:

• Relationships — personal, family, general, and work,
• Working life — career aspirations, job satisfaction, etc.,
• Health — avoiding illnesses, recovering more quickly, general vitality, etc.,
• Aging pathway — aging gracefully and no faster than I need to,
• Feelings of well-being and happiness — frequently experiencing the joie de vivre,
• Spirituality — finding my own relationship with the divine,
• and more.

Using all the tools in my arsenal I have

• Cured myself of rheumatoid arthritis
• Broken long standing bad habits
• Enhanced my memory and cognitive abilities
• Created a magical partnership with my husband
• Become a published author of a best-selling award-winning book.
• and so much more!

Unlimited Personal Power

Quite honestly, I look at the path I am on, and I love my life, both for what I have achieved and what I feel I will achieve. It is a fantastic to feel I am in the process of actualizing my life purpose. Now I wish to share my learnings on a deeper level with you.

Starting on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1pm pacific time, I will be offering a six-week, one hour per week, Unlimited Personal Empowerment course. This will be a fully interactive course where I will not only be revealing parts of my journey, examining the workings of the mind and sharing many tools, but where we will be looking at your own goals and defining the best ways to achieve them.
